Introduction

The busy pace and information overload of modern life presents with many challenges that may confuse, upset, or test us and our relationships. We all can struggle to get perspective and to understand the best path to take towards a meaningful life. I specialise in working with adolescents, individuals and couples to create more calm, to understand themselves better and to help learn new ways of coping with problems and difficulties.

I bring a warm, supportive, down to earth point of view and will work with you at a pace that feels comfortable for you to help resolve personal and relationship dilemmas.

 Testimonial

Sheila, I want to thank you for insight and support when I needed help. You came into my life at a time that I needed it. It is a gift and I thank you for your help. I feel ten feet taller and the weight is lifting. I will take your words with me and continue to put them into practice in my day to day going forward
